3D Artist Intern

Job Description

JOYSTIQ is a small company developing an iOS application to allow gamers to connect and share content with one another. We are looking for a small team of interns who will use their artistic ability to build an avatar creation system. Avatars will also have customizable cosmetics and clothing.

This position will be an unpaid internship for the summer of 2023, but may extend beyond that if you are interested in continuing the project. No prior experience is required, but our ideal candidate is someone comfortable creating human-like 3D or 2D character models that can be integrated into an iOS application.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has artistic ability and can create 3D or 2D avatar models
• Possesses a strong desire to learn and expand upon their skillset
• Is comfortable working in a remote environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with modeling software
• Pursuing a degree in a related field
