3MetaD is looking for a Digital Artist / 3D Modeler to work on exciting projects for the next-generation gaming and metaverse. Depending on your background, skills, and Experience, we will find the most suitable role within our team.

Our Orc tribe is a pool of brilliant Orcs from many disciplines, such as 3D artists, concept artists, game developers, graphic designers, community moderators, front developers, and blockchain developers worldwide. We banded together to bring high-quality 3D content to the Meta Verse and NFT Space and self-publish our collections, games, and items.


You have a few years of work experience working with 3D models. You have some projects or portfolios to demonstrate skill in modeling props and environments and competency with lighting, UV, and texturing abilities utilizing shaders.

You know yours is better than ours because you have different clocks. You are expected to work 18 hours a week, with one day per weekend. The times were built around your availability and our team’s hours.


Revenue-based / Percentage-based compensation model to its employees. There is no upfront payment available at the moment, No Investors or Revenue.

Primary Model: You’ll receive a percentage of the company’s profits. This aligns your success directly with the company’s performance. The more the company grows, the more you earn.

Department Allocation: Each department is assigned a percentage of all earnings. Your share will be based on your contribution and output within the marketing department.

Commission Structure:

Sales-Driven: Commission will depend on the sales obtained from projects you contribute to. This is designed to reward direct results and high performance.

Project-Based Distribution: Commissions are distributed based on the contribution/output on a per collection/project basis.

Our experience requirements are open with the ideal candidate having strong knowledge of art creation tools for game design, including Maya, Zbrush, Quixel, and Adobe’s 3D Suite, and candidates with experience who have successfully created game assets and textures in previous projects or tittles.

  • 2+ years of 3D art creation proficiency in Maya/Blender (Clean and smooth Typology flow, models optimized poly counts)
  • Experience with Organic and Hard surface modeling.
  • Experienced at creating highly detailed, fully textured models.
  • Translating 2D drawings and concepts into 3D models
  • 2+ years of Experience using Photoshop and Texturing Tools (Prefer Substance, Quixel)
  • Creation of 2D textures, UV unwrapping, and development of highly detailed material and shaders for in-game implementation.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine’s blueprints systems for primary and advanced shader configurations.
  • 2+ years of Experience developing game assets and characters.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for quality and art.
  • Comfortable with file management systems and ticketing applications.
  • English proficiency (ability to read, write, and discuss technical matters)
  • We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work within a highly iterative process as part of a small team.


  • University degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or related discipline; or relevant professional experience.
  • Portfolio/website demonstrate previous work and projects or display in some form.
  • Experience with other projects or games.
  • Experience with some of the following Game Engines: Unreal Game Engine or Unity.

✨Roles and Responsibilities ✨

  • Estimate your tasks and deliver them promptly.
  • Create optimized low-poly and high-poly 3D models for production use
  • Write clear, maintainable communications with our team and update ticketing systems.
  • Coordinate with art team members to delegate tasks and deliver within deadlines.
  • When they arise to the team, raise all blockers with a proposed plan of action.
  • It would help if you had exceptional technical abilities to troubleshoot advanced 3D modeling issues,
  • Create high-quality models with clean UV unwrapped assets with minimal to no stretching.
  • Understanding low/high poly model geometry is needed for baking and LOD creations.
  • You will be an integral part of a team of 3D/CG artists working on various product visualization across various media channels.
  • Research and assist with the creation of PBR textures and materials.
  • Test and document solutions to achieve an efficient and collaborative work environment.
  • Take ownership of the art department and the task delegated.
  • Determine timeline of projects based on features and details feasibility and propose solutions.
  • Help with the collection of concept art and boards that are cohesive with the environment or proje


  • 3d solid modeling development skills and understanding of design theory and game design.
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in working on a team and teaching others.
  • Ability to prioritize and deal with heavy workloads/multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong personal time management.
  • Ability to record information accurately and proactively detect/report issues.
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve/keen diligence.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly or techniques.
  • Ability to take instruction but also work independently when needed.
  • Experience in written and verbal communication.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to technical problems.
