Job Description

ACR Construction & Management, Corp. is seeking a skilled and highly creative individual to join our team as a 3D Artist. As a 3D Artist, you will be responsible for creating realistic and visually stunning 3D models, textures, and animations for various construction and architectural projects. You will collaborate with our clients, project managers, and other design team members to bring their ideas and concepts to life.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations using industry-standard software
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements
Transform design concepts into photorealistic renderings, virtual tours, and 3D animations
Make modifications and improvements to existing 3D models based on client feedback
Ensure that all digital assets are organized and stored in a logical manner
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in 3D modeling and visualization
Communicate with clients to understand their vision and provide professional recommendations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics, Animation, or a related field
Proven experience as a 3D artist or in a similar role
Proficient in industry-standard 3D modeling and animation software, such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender
Strong portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling and rendering skills
Excellent knowledge of texture mapping, lighting, and shading techniques
Familiarity with architectural or construction projects is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
