At AUC, we create commerce marketing campaigns that fill carts and win hearts for some of your favorite household brands and services. We’re looking for Summer Interns to join our 100% remote teams and help us create campaigns that can be experienced online, in-store, via social and over the air.

Summer Interns will learn from and collaborate with agency leaders across creative, studio, media, account service, strategy, and e-commerce teams to gain an understanding of the fast-growing commerce marketing industry, and work on actual name-brand clients.

The

Graphic Artist intern

will work closely with Graphic Supervisors and Senior Graphic Artists in the creation of digital shelf PDP and retail ads. As an intern, you’ll experience the day-to-day life of a studio Graphic Artist – creating designs from key visuals or toolkits and preparing files for vendor execution – and interact with copywriters, art directors, proofreaders, and project managers. Each intern will have a dedicated mentor to provide guidance and you’ll get to pick their brains on design best practices, executional standards, cultural relevancy, the industry and more.

• Position Location: Remote
• Paid position

General Qualifications

• Be a Rising Junior, Senior or Graduate Student
• Field of Study/Area of Experience: Graphic Design, Marketing or Advertising
• Availability to work four days a week from 9 AM – 5 PM
• Must provide a portfolio or examples of work/assignments for review at the time of application (add to your resume or LinkedIn profile)

• Organization and time management skills
• Ability to take direction, quickly learn and process information
• Team player
• Interest in marketing/advertising as a profession with a curiosity to learn more
• Efficiently utilize the Adobe Creative Suite of software
• Have a working knowledge of design skills, pixel perfection, file preparation and formatting
