Agathus Studios is seeking a skilled professional to transform our interior design concepts into photorealistic 3D visualizations. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with our interior designers, using advanced modeling and rendering techniques to create immersive representations of residential interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with interior designers to understand project goals and specifications.
• Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings based on provided SketchUp models.
• Create customized fixtures, furniture and lighting for the renderings.
• Craft immersive interior visualizations using advanced 3D design, modeling, and animation techniques.
• Apply diverse lighting setups and realistic textures to create vivid, detailed scenes.
• Utilize advanced rendering technologies to simulate natural and artificial light, bringing optimal lighting effects to the project.
• Refine materials, surfaces, and lighting to achieve the highest level of realistic detail and aesthetic quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Expertise in 3D visualization software such as Enscape, Rhino, 3Ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Strong background in residential design visualization.
• Exceptional eye for detail, creativity, and precision.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and consistently meet project deadlines.
• Reliable access to a remote work setup (hardware and software necessary for high-quality rendering).

Employment Type:

• Independent Contractor – you will be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and insurance.
