About the Job
We are seeking a versatile and talented individual to join our team as an Artist Agent Assistant. This role presents a unique opportunity to actively participate in all facets of our business, demanding a blend of organizational prowess and a creative mindset.
Location: NYC
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
– Collaborate with the agent to manage schedules and budget/estimates for CGI artists, with a focus on 3D motion projects and considering the digital and remote aspects.
– Coordinate logistics for CGI and 3D motion projects, encompassing artist teams, equipment, studio rentals, and travel arrangements.
– Develop and update call sheets and travel documents.
– Manage digital calendars and schedules for projects or virtual client meetings, including those related to 3D motion.
– Assist in monitoring production and post schedules in a remote environment, particularly for 3D motion projects.
– Act as a liaison between the agent and clients/vendors
– Track invoices/expenses against estimates and prepare job wraps.
– Curate and maintain artists’ archives and digital assets, focusing on updating websites, social media accounts, portfolios, and digital marketing presentations, with an emphasis on 3D motion work.
– Assist in preparing and distributing materials to promote our artists’ work.
– Assist and participate in sales efforts and digital marketing
– Create and manage digital content for social media, including digital image selection, post creation, and design.
– Provide administrative support to agents as required in a digital and remote setting.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Prior experience in a representation/talent agency or production company is advantageous but not essential.
– Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
– A creative eye and a passion for CGI, 3D motion, digital art, image-making, and digital culture.
– Ability and eagerness to work and multitask across multiple digital facets of the business.
– Confidence to communicate with high-level clients and artists in a digital and 3D motion context.
– Design skills, including a good understanding of digital typography, & layouts.
– Proficiency with Google Workspace including Sheets, Slides, Docs, as well as Keynote, Photoshop, Figma, Notion and other digital administration and design tools.
– Flexibility to work in a remote setting within NYC metro area.
