Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced 3D artist to join our talented team as a Real-Time Avatar and Photogrammetry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating lifelike avatars for real-time projects and utilizing photogrammetry techniques to enhance realism. You will also have the opportunity to craft realistic items and accessories to enrich our virtual worlds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, detailed 3D avatars for real-time applications, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.
  • Employ photogrammetry techniques to capture and integrate real-world elements into virtual characters and objects, achieving a high level of realism.
  • Collaborate closely with the art and development teams to ensure seamless integration of avatars and assets into the overall project.
  • Optimize 3D models for real-time performance, taking into account hardware and platform constraints.
  • Continuously research and implement the latest 3D art and photogrammetry technologies to enhance project quality.
  • Work closely with other artists, animators, and designers to maintain artistic consistency and achieve project goals.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide input on art direction and style.


  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D character modeling and texturing for real-time applications.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Maya, Blender, ZBrush, or similar.
  • Experience with photogrammetry techniques and software (e.g., RealityCapture, Agisoft Metashape).
  • Solid understanding of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows.
  • Knowledge of real-time rendering engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
  • Passion for pushing the boundaries of 3D art and technology.


  • Experience with rigging and animation of 3D characters.
  • Knowledge of VR/AR development.
  • Familiarity with motion capture technology.
  • Background in traditional art or sculpture.
  • Familiarity with Character Creator, Iclone , Unreal and Unity

  • Knowledge of Character Rigging and animation
