Creative Project Manager

To support our continuous growth, we are actively seeking an experienced

Creative Project Manager

with the capability of leading project teams from inception to delivery.

Past experience as a senior 3d visualization Artist working on large-scale residential real estate development projects is required for this role.

Having the ability to work directly with clients and project directors in order to develop and lead creative concepts is a requirement to fulfill this position.

As a

Creative Project Manager

, you will ensure that our production and creative standards are maintained and work within our production pipeline. You will look for opportunities to upskill and mentor junior team members.

The required characteristics, attributes, skills & experience:

1. Experience with creative direction, project management, resources management, and team management.

2. Proven experience as a senior 3d artist and animator with top-quality work.

3. Exceptional communication and organizational skills

4. Collaborative spirit and positive attitude

5. A good historical record of long-term employment

6. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and prioritise tasks

7. 7+ years experience in a similar role

8. Can-do, positive and solution-driven mindset

9. Self-motivated and upskill beyond the current skill as needed

10. Providing mentorship, guidance, and support to creative artists

11. Ability to work autonomously as required, making decisions and driving projects forward

12. Manage quality control to ensure we achieve the highest quality results

13. Responsible, reliable, accountable, and good attendance history

14. You have a strong work ethic, team player, and are an active communicator

15. An exceptional eye for detail

Qualifications

* Experience in Architecture and Visualization is essential including animation.

* 3DS Max, Corona, Vray, Adobe Suite essential.

* 7+ years experience in a similar role.

* Proactive, Quick, Reliable, Can-do, positive and solution-driven mindset.

* Follow Creative Direction of the studio and established vision.

* Ability to lead creatively, to communicate creative vision to clients and inspire.

* Self-motivated and upskill beyond the current skill as needed.

* Providing mentorship, guidance, and support to junior artists.

* Ability to work autonomously as required, making creative decisions and driving projects forward.

* Ability to judge quality and know when to send and when not to send work to clients.

* Ability to do post-production work when needed to help and guide the project artists.

* Ability and proven experience to manage quality control to ensure we achieve the highest quality results.

* Responsible, reliable, accountable, and good attendance history.

* You have a strong work ethic, team player, and are an active communicator.

* An exceptional eye for detail, lighting, and composition.

* Excellent rendering and compositing skills using Corona & AfterFX.

* Knowledge of 3D plugins such as Forest Pro, Railclone, Anima, Grow FX.

* Experience in the following areas:

* Camera Tracking, Anima integration, AI Prompt, Compositing and VFX, Green Screen filming and production.

* Creating Architectural films using Nuke, CPU, GPU, Unreal Engine, and narrative-driven animation.
