Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented

3D Generalist

to join our team. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, Concept Artists, and fellow 3D Artists to help build the visual heart of the game, modeling, texturing, and optimizing a variety of assets that enrich our stylized world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create stylized 3D models for environments, props, and in-game assets that align with the game’s visual style.
• Optimize assets for performance while maintaining visual quality across different platforms (PC, Console, and Mobile).
• Work with Unity to implement and adjust assets directly in the engine.
• Support the team by covering different aspects of the 3D pipeline when needed (e.g., rigging, lighting, simple animations).

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with 3D tools such as Blender, Maya, or similar.
• Understanding of texturing, shading, and materials for stylized or semi-realistic games.
• Willingness to learn, iterate on feedback, and collaborate with a remote team.
• Basic familiarity with Unity or willingness to pick it up quickly.
• Ability to meet deadlines and project timelines efficiently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with rigging and simple animations.
• Passion for cooking-themed games or cultural themes.
• Knowledge of baking, LOD creation, and optimization techniques.
