Your Role

We are looking for a new 3D artist to join our creative team. This position is full-time and remotely based. You will be working independently and within the team to create a wide variety of virtual experiences, these go from high-end art galleries to leading fashion brands. This opportunity provides flexible working hours and full support of the team. A strong imagination will go a long way in this role, as we are always encouraging unique ideas within the team.

Responsibilities | What You Will Be Doing

• Creating immersive 3D environments
• Developing and creating custom shaders within Unreal Engine
• Creating 3D Assets (Unwrapping, texturing and optimisation)
• Implementing photorealistic lighting techniques
• Working alongside the technical team to improve workflows

Technical Requirements ️

• Must have a deep understanding of Unreal Engine 5
• A strong knowledge of Substance Painter or Quixel Mixer / Bridge
• Great knowledge of modelling software (Blender, 3DS Max or Maya)
• Lighting scenes in a realistic approach
• An understanding of technical issues that may occur within Unreal Engine and how to resolve them
• A portfolio link must be added to your CV (applications will not be accepted without this)

Good to have ⭐️

• Editing skills in programs such as After Effects and Photoshop
• An understanding of how to use our Creator Tools
• Knowledge of Nanite/Lumen in Unreal Engine
• Used PCG before in Unreal Engine 5

• Proven track record in setting priorities, multi-tasking, and creative problem-solving, both individually and within a team
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are effective in both technical and business contexts.
• Ability to work autonomously, but know the value of communication and discussions.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative international environment.
