About the Role:
We are looking for a
Strategic Talent Sourcer
with proven expertise in sourcing hard to fill
Non-Technical
profiles. In this critical role, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping to build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates across multiple disciplines within our Marketing, Product, HR, Online Sportsbook & Casino and Strategic Operations teams. At FBG, our Strategic Talent Sourcer plays a vital role in shaping the talent landscape and identifying key talent in support of critical hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage top-tier Non-technical candidates. Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline using a combination of sourcing strategies—LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and more.
- Collaborate closely with US-based hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
- Maintain consistent and engaging communication with both active and passive candidates, ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Align with recruiters and hiring managers to manage expectations on hiring timelines, market trends, and candidate quality.
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and progress.

- Pipeline Management: Ability to identify, assess and nurture candidates effectively, fostering trust and building long-term relationships with key talent.
- Collaboration: Proven track record of partnering with hiring teams and critical stakeholders, particularly in the US market.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to engage with candidates and internal teams with clarity and impact.
- Expectation Management: Skilled in aligning hiring managers on market realities, candidate flow, and hiring timelines.
- Curiosity: Takes pride in honing their craft, learning new tools such as AI and other innovative techniques within the sourcing space.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing experience, preferably supporting a variety of professional level non-tech roles for US-based companies or teams.
- Proficiency with sourcing platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Boolean/X-ray search techniques.
- Flexibility to work hours that align with US time zones.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and excellent at prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience sourcing for a successful Start Up is a definite plus.
Salary Range: $50-$70 Per Hour DOE (Salary range incorporates all Geographical Zones and is subject to change as the Geographical Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed)..
