Job Description

As a Production Graphic Artist, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing Team to create captivating marketing assets for our Home Fragrance Brands, including VOTIVO, Bridgewater Candle Company, Greenleaf, and NOTES.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce various digital marketing materials for our B2C channel.

Craft engaging email campaigns (including B2B/One Coast emails) using platforms like Mailchimp and Klayvio, ensuring proper image sizing, graphic design, and layout.

Generate compelling visuals for our social media presence, covering feeds, stories, and organic posts.

Develop eye-catching ads for various paid media platforms, including image sizing and graphic layout.

Create and optimize landing page graphics and imagery as needed.

Design impactful Google Ad Roll imagery and graphics, including the transformation of still images into dynamic ads.

Develop visually appealing SMS assets with proper image sizing and graphic design.

Contribute to web design through the creation of web banners.

Assist with various print projects and vendor quotations as assigned by the VP of Sales and Marketing and Marketing Growth Managers.

Perform other duties as needed to support our marketing efforts.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.

This is an on-site position in Spartanburg, SC and not remote.

1-2 years of experience in graphic artistry and/or production artistry.

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).

Proven experience in designing assets for multiple digital media platforms.

Keen attention to detail.

Strong collaboration skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.

Independent worker with follow-through and a willingness to collaborate across departments.
