Position Overview

As a Graphic Designer with us, you’ll never have a dull moment. Our team is marketing-focused, and you’ll be at the heart of it all, crafting digital and print advertisements, emails, product packaging, website assets, and captivating social media campaigns. Your canvas is diverse, and your creative freedom knows no bounds.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with our Director of Graphic Design, Director of Marketing, and Chief Marketing Officer.

Stay connected and communicate through tools like Slack, Monday Task Manager, Figma, and Zoom.

Engage in daily check-ins and weekly meetings with Directors for progress reviews and status updates.

Utilize Loom Video Recording for direct feedback on projects.

Requirements

A stellar portfolio showcasing your expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or relevant education.

Experience with Klaviyo or equivalent email marketing platforms.

Proficiency in Lightroom and/or Photo Editing.

At least 4 years of Graphic Design experience.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Monday Task Manager and Dropbox is a plus.

A passion for design, evident through your strong portfolio of previous work.

A keen eye for composition, typography, applied color theory, and balance.

The ability to generate creative content for various collateral types (digital, print, web, environmental).

An upbeat, can-do attitude, keen attention to detail, and adaptability.

A collaborative spirit and the ability to work harmoniously with other team members.

Openness to constructive feedback and a drive for continuous improvement.

Freelance Opportunity

This position is on a Freelance basis, with a competitive starting rate of $30.00 per hour. We require a commitment of 30 or more hours a week to help us elevate our brand further.
