This is a fully remote position.

Position Overview for the 3D Generalist:

• Collaborate closely with the team to produce high-quality visual assets in line with project requirements.
• Utilize your expert skills in your chosen program to lead and contribute to the creation of captivating designs.
• Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring timely delivery of assets without compromising on quality.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, leveraging your leadership experience to foster skill development.
• Create and manipulate textures using Adobe Substance Suite, enhancing the visual realism of our projects.

Required Skills for the 3D Generalist:

• 5-10 years of industry experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of production processes and workflows.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience, showcasing the ability to guide and mentor team members effectively.
• Emphasis on production tasks, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
• Expert proficiency in your program of choice, enabling you to drive efficient and innovative production pipelines.
• Proficiency in 3D design, capable of creating visually stunning and realistic assets.
• Mastery of Adobe Substance Suite, utilizing it to create intricate and captivating textures.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, adept at creating and editing visual assets.
• Experience in using Adobe tools for texture creation, enhancing visual appeal.
