Jack | Digital Designer

Jack is helping a fast-growing brand find a talented Digital Designer to join their team in NYC.

This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer with 3–4 years of experience and a strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate brings a positive, collaborative spirit and thrives in both independent and team settings. They’re comfortable juggling multiple projects, presenting work clearly, and adapting to fast-moving priorities without compromising quality.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Art Director and Creative Director, offering daily creative support
• Participate in review meetings to share progress and gather feedback
• Interpret briefs and work cross-functionally to generate engaging design concepts
• Design visual assets across web, email, social media, and digital advertising
• Contribute to design decks and support new creative ideation
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Create presentation materials and pitch decks as needed
• Stay ahead of digital design trends, especially within the wellness space

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of digital design experience in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strong layout, typography, and motion design skills
• Experience designing for web, email, paid ads, and print
• Ability to build 360° design decks and communicate ideas effectively
• A humble, team-first attitude with a high bar for visual quality
• Must be based in NYC or able to commute to the office Tues–Thurs
