Job Title: 3D Modeler
Pay rate: $47 – $53 per hour
Duration: Until 12/31/2024
W2 contract only (No C2C)
Location- REMOTE
part-time work 20 hours a week and extensible to 40 hours as needed when projects arise.
What hours and days will this person be working: 4-hour days, Monday – Friday, we can be flexible on this and work with the candidate on times that work for them. There will be times where this schedule may need to be shifted to help account for specific deadlines and could potentially be front loaded or backloaded in the week. Any shifts outside of the 4-hour days will be discussed ahead of time when they need to occur.

What years of experience, education, and/or certification is required?
min of 4 years experience
Education
: BFA or equivalent (if portfolio is good this is not a requirement)
What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification?
experience using Wrap4D, understanding of requirements on .FBX exports for Unity, pipeline programming experience
What is the environment that this person will be working in (i.e. group setting vs individual role)?
This will be a collaborative environment. individual tasks will take on specialization while working together to achieve a large project goal. With many points of interaction, we will be working with contract companies on model acquisition and delivering finalized assets that will be reviewed by clinical teams and need to prepared as production ready assets and handed off to other contract companies.
What positions/background experience do you feel are successful in this role
Anyone with an intuition to learn and willing to experiment with new tools.
Someone who can take ownership of the models they work on and present in groups.
Willingness to take feedback and produce results from that feedback.
Familiarity with Unity is helpful but not required.
Experience using Wrap 4D and understands the workflow there.
Ability to produce assets and meet defined timelines.
previous experience with scanned models and pipeline.
