Position: Lead Outsource Vehicle Artist

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of artists in creating stunning vehicle models for multiple AAA projects
• Conduct art reviews, provide feedback, and ensure assets meet client specifications
• Communicate with clients, interpret instructions, and guide production teams to deliver top-quality content
• Train and mentor junior, mid, and senior artists
• Work with industry-leading software packages: Maya, 3DS Max, Zbrush, Substance, and Photoshop

What You Bring:

• Solid understanding of current-gen game development processes for vehicles
• Proficiency in Maya, Max, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance Suite, etc
• Impressive portfolio showcasing 3D vehicle modeling, texturing, and material creation skills
• Ability to produce top-quality content for engines like Unreal, Unity, Lumberyard, etc
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects
• Technical mindset to identify and address pipeline issues
• Associate degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have:

• Passion for vehicle art and real-world vehicle experience
• Familiarity with JIRA, Shotgun, or Perforce
