Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality creative work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring brand consistency and attention to detail
- Design a variety of assets including social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, presentation decks, flyers, and event collateral
- Support campaign launches with creative assets tailored to each channel (organic, paid, print, web)
- Maintain and evolve visual brand guidelines across all creative output
- Extend and translate established creative concepts into production-ready web and digital assets
- Create emails, site assets, landing pages, paid digital advertising, and slide decks
- Ensure brand consistency in all assets produced
- Work efficiently on multiple projects with exemplary attention to detail
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure brand consistency and elevate the quality of all outbound materials
- Translate marketing objectives into clear, engaging visuals that align with brand standards
- Prepare files for both digital use and professional print production
Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience
- Experience using a digital asset management system
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, XD) and Figma
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate proactively with internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a passion for digital design and strong organizational skills
- Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize among running projects
- Ability to work remotely while aligning with Central Standard Time hours
- Ability to generate pixel-perfect production assets to meet required specifications for web and digital mediums
