The average project value is typically around USD 6000, providing substantial earning potential. (A project with 4-5 renderings will be charged USD 6000 if the number of deliverables increases, so the price will)

I also provide a monthly subscription model. If a client works with me continuously, you’ll get 10% each month for the same client.

Job Type:

Part Time. Consider this as a side hustle. Work as much as you want. As long as you bring me clients and I close deals, you will get your commission paid to your bank account.

I help architects, real estate professionals, and developers with their architectural visualizations to;

• Communicate their designs in a much more compelling way,
• Impress their current clients and get referrals from their circle,
• Get approvals faster with correctly materialized renders,
• Attract high-end prospects by exceeding their expectations,
• Stand out in the market since their competitors invest in photorealistic visuals.
