We’re a small, all-volunteer organisation working to empower women and girls through digital learning tools, storytelling, and advocacy. We’re now looking for a

3D Modelling Generalist

to join our creative team and help bring our characters and stories to life.

What we’re looking for:

• 
  Maya experience preferred

  Blender is absolutely fine
  
  — we can swap between as needed
• Comfortable working across a variety of modelling tasks, with a
  
  focus on stylised 3D character modelling
  
• Bonus skills:
• Lighting experience in
  
  Maya
  
• Texturing in
  
  Adobe Substance Painter

Responsibilities

• Create clean, stylised 3D models of characters, props, and simple environments based on concept art or scripts
• Collaborate with animators, writers, and instructional designers to ensure models fit the visual tone and purpose of each project
• Optimise models for animation and rendering (where needed)
• Apply textures using Adobe Substance Painter or similar tools (optional)
• Assist with basic lighting setup (if using Maya and if experienced)
• Provide working files and export assets in appropriate formats (FBX/OBJ/GLB etc.)
• Participate in occasional creative team check-ins (remote, flexible)
• Maintain organised file structures and naming conventions in shared folders (OneDrive/Google Drive)
