Freelance 3D Modeler, Project-based, Remote working with minimal travel to Nottingham, £350 per day

About the company:

This great digital and brand agency is going great guns, pitching and winning lots of new client work and are now looking for experienced 3D Modelers to join their team on a project basis.

Description

As their freelance 3D Modeler, you will have expertise in Cinema 4D and will specialise in creating assets and environments using Cinema 4D, which will be utilised in various projects for professional clients, demonstrating their products, including AR and VR experiences. You’ll be proficient in WebGL and connecting apps to web technologies, such as PHP.

You won’t have Cad models to work from, instead expected to model and render from scratch, perhaps matching photos of a product, from wireframes into the finished model.

Experience

They’re looking for a freelance 3D Modeler who has experience with precision 3D work, as opposed to more gamified 3D work. You will need to be able to show examples in your portfolio of modelling within a more manufacturing setting. Alongside this, you’ll also need to demonstrate:

• Proficient in Cinema 4D and has proven experience in 3D asset and environment creation
• Has a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of 3D modelling work, preferably including assets for games, AR or VR
• Proficient in WebGL and connecting apps to web technologies, such as PHP

Remuneration

They need someone that is available for project based work and are happy to pay up to £350 per day for the right person. Remote working with minimal travel to the office in Nottinghamshire.
