Workflow Specialist
in our
Enterprise Platform Business Unit
. What is a vertically focused workflow specialist? With 3D & compositing artist background experience, you will help highlight GPU’s benefits for individual creators and large Studios while influencing NVIDIA’s portfolio of solutions for this audience, working with product management to refine NVIDIA value and Tech Marketing to help promote the message externally in a clear and impactful way. A strong candidate may have their own art production and can easily understand artists struggles and bottlenecks, as well as the diversity and complexity of tools to be used in a production from various 3D graphics & video compositing tools to the latest Generative AI ones.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Investigate all new internal and external AI tools to understand if useful to an artist (or not) and to what other tools in the pipeline to connect
- Experiment, build and describe the full artist workflow, highlighting where GPU use is beneficial. Understand and articulate the value of different size and type of GPUs for both workstation/server and Cloud deployments
- Provide reference guides for product managers to understand artist needs and blockers. Partner with Tech Marketing teams to provide reference demonstration kits demonstrating NVIDIA value at partner shows and help educate OEM partners
- Interact with other artists from various industries to collect and synthesize feedback that can help steer NVIDIA’s approach to artist workflow in the right direction
- Write scripts for videos, and possibly record and voice them. Spend time in non-creative applications like PowerPoint to clearly and efficiently share your work internally and externally.
- Explain and show engineers and product teams how changes to those prototypes will improve the artists’ experience, use unstable software or prototypes for early investigation work, help reproduce & work with others to debug GPU related issues.
What We Need To See
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in VFX, computer animation or 3D modeling.
- Professional Experience of 6+ years as technical director, visual effects/pipeline artist or computer graphics lead artist
- Desire to learn and teach with a passion for art while willing to solve artists pains and facilitate artwork for everyone!
- You have shown leadership-level interpersonal skills, including the ability to author and present creative ideas as well as collaborate on art projects built by others (examples or portfolio submissions will go a long way towards fostering your cause)
- Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple groups at NVIDIA as well as to understand and highlight needs beyond your industry

The base salary range is 118,400 USD – 189,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
