Our client is seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer/Production Artist with a primary focus on audiobook cover art.

This is a REMOTE opportunity beginning ASAP.

Must have examples of album covers or digital book covers in your portfolio. Key Art samples for entertainment or music brands is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative audiobook cover art concepts, templates, and final designs.
• Manage the design process, including approvals and archiving, for a high volume of cover art.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to ensure seamless communication and approvals.

Qualifications

• A compelling portfolio showcasing strong layout and typography skills (can be a website link, Instagram account, or similar).
• Over 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to design and build templates.
• Availability for 30 hours per week, including set availability for 2-3 days (Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm EST) for weekly meetings.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage a high volume of cover designs.
• Strong professional communication skills, with the ability to manage approvals with brand and legal teams.
• Bonus: Experience in streamlining design processes and proficiency in Figma for mock-up creation.
