Opportunity Description:
Our ideal candidate is a project management leader- driven, curious, detail-oriented, analytic, flexible, and professional.
The project manager is a leadership role. This professional works closely with the Founding Principal and creative team on client projects. Projects involve design and fabrication of custom 2D & 3D works of art for a variety of environments including hospitality, healthcare, aging and wellness, workplace, corporate, and multi-family sectors. The project manager supports the project team in the process of designing and curating 2D and 3D works with our trusted stable of artists and fabricators, as well as emerging artists local to a project. This includes creating budgets, drafting art specifications, overseeing the production process and logistics, managing artist and production partner relationships, and supervising artwork installation.
Our ideal project manager candidate is a seasoned and polished professional. The project manager is organized, detail oriented, with financial budgeting experience. Experience and/or knowledge of interior architecture and design are a must for this role. Attention to detail is a must.
Requirements:
BA degree required
5 years creative project management experience
Knowledge of contemporary art and current art trends
Experience working remotely
Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, video, and email
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Teams Suite
Experience with spreadsheets, budgeting and analysis
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of a variety of print and 3D media
Previous experience with Salesforce is preferred
Interior Design experience is a must
