We’re hiring an Assistant Project Manager – Utility-Scale Renewables

Join a growing renewable energy developer that owns and operates several gigawatts of wind and solar projects across the U.S. We’re looking for an
Assistant Project Manager
to support the end-to-end delivery of utility-scale solar (and potentially BESS) projects.
This role requires 100% time on site – 4 weeks on with 1 week rotation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting project execution from design and engineering through construction and turnover to operations
- Managing contractors, vendors, and project budgets
- Assisting with permitting, procurement, and stakeholder coordination
- Overseeing construction quality, compliance, and schedules
- Facilitating seamless transitions between development, construction, and operations
Ideal candidates have:
- 2+ years of renewable energy project experience (solar preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A BS in Engineering or Construction Management
- Familiarity with EPC contracts, project financials, and field execution
- A passion for clean energy and comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced teams
