Job Description

As a Manufacturing Design Engineer (MDE) on our Digital Manufacturing team, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between product design and manufacturing execution. You’ll utilize your manufacturing engineering background to optimize designs for production, develop robust manufacturing processes, and ensure buildability across our partner network.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with

Prodtex

, our strategic digital manufacturing partner and leading DELMIA implementation specialist. You’ll receive specialized training and mentorship on the DELMIA platform, learning advanced digital manufacturing techniques directly from industry experts. This partnership provides a unique opportunity to develop cutting-edge skills in virtual manufacturing, process simulation, and digital twin technology.

You’ll collaborate directly with our manufacturing partner in Toronto to implement and refine manufacturing processes, while also gaining valuable insights from our manufacturing partner experience in Germany, where some of the world’s most advanced prefabricated construction techniques are developed. This international knowledge exchange will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of best practices across different markets and manufacturing environments.
