We are currently seeking a talented and passionate 3D Artist to join our creative team at SHEIN Distribution Corporation. As a global leader in the fashion industry, we are dedicated to making the beauty of fashion accessible to all. Position: 3D Artist

Job Summary

As a 3D Artist at SHEIN Distribution Corporation, you will play a key role in the visual development of our brand new IP. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing characters, assets, and environments that align with our brand aesthetic. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute your artwork ideas to communities and forums, as well as collaborate on the look and feel of other projects, including animation, community engagement, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop a visual style, design, and overall look for our brand new IP
• Create high-quality 3D assets, including characters, objects, and environments, adhering to project specifications and guidelines
• Generate concept sketches and storyboards to communicate and refine ideas
• Produce hand-painted textures and PBR maps for realistic and stylized materials
• Work with 3D software such as Maya or 3DS Max to model, texture, and animate assets
• Collaborate with the team on UI design, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and contribute innovative ideas
• Receive and incorporate feedback from the team, demonstrating humility and respect for constructive criticism

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in modeling, texturing, and animation
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Maya or 3DS Max
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and other relevant design tools
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Ability to create concept sketches and storyboards to communicate ideas
• Familiarity with UI design principles and an appreciation for user experience
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of rigging and animation is a plus
