Overview:

We are in search of a talented and innovative individual to lead our animation efforts and create captivating 3D rendered videos. As the Animation Director & 3D Visual Artist, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand’s storytelling to life through rich animations and immersive visual experiences. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in animation, 3D rendering, and visual storytelling, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of creativity in the crypto meme space.

Required Experience & Skills:

1. Proven experience in animation production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in 3D rendering, animation, and visual storytelling.
2. Proficiency in animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent tools.
3. Extensive knowledge of 3D rendering techniques, lighting, shading, and texturing, with the ability to create photorealistic visuals and immersive environments.
4. Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and motion dynamics, with the ability to bring characters and scenes to life through fluid and expressive animation.
5. Excellent storytelling skills and creative vision, with the ability to develop compelling narratives and concepts for animated videos that resonate with our audience.
6. Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and translate ideas into visually stunning animations.
7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality animated content on schedule and within budget.
8. Passion for meme culture, internet trends, and cryptocurrency projects, with a desire to push the boundaries of creativity and innovation in the crypto meme space.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. 
   Animation Leadership:
   
   Lead the animation department and provide creative direction for all animation projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with our brand’s visual identity and storytelling goals.
2. 
   3D Rendering Expertise:
   
   Utilize advanced 3D rendering techniques to create stunning visual effects, dynamic animations, and immersive environments that captivate our audience and elevate our brand’s presence.
3. 
   Storytelling through Animation:
   
   Collaborate with the Creative Director and content team to develop compelling narratives and concepts for animated videos that entertain, educate, and engage our community. Translate ideas into visually compelling animations that convey our brand’s message and values.
4. 
   Concept Development:
   
   Generate innovative ideas, storyboards, and concept art for animation projects, exploring different visual styles, themes, and storytelling techniques to push the boundaries of creativity and captivate our audience.
5. 
   Animation Production:
   
   Oversee the entire animation production process, from concept development and pre-visualization to final rendering and post-production. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality animated content.
6. 
   Collaborative Integration:
   
   Work closely with the Design Team, Creative Director, and Social Media Managers to integrate animations and 3D rendered videos into our content strategy. Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives.
7. 
   Community Engagement:
   
   Engage with our community through visually stunning animations, interactive experiences, and immersive storytelling. Solicit feedback, incorporate community suggestions, and create content that resonates with our audience and fosters a sense of connection and belonging.

   Performance Analysis:
   
   Monitor the performance of animated content, analyze engagement metrics, and derive insights to optimize animation strategies. Continuously iterate on animation techniques and storytelling approaches based on data-driven insights and community feedback.
