), connects best in class talent with jobs they love! We’re searching for a talented Graphic Designer with extensive direct response experience to parachute into our north suburbs client. This contract is fun and exciting, working with our client in the building products industry. This part time opportunity (24 hours a week) starts immediately and will go full time for the right talent. This 6 week contract to hire. Is it you?

THE ROLE:

Your mission will be to create designs that not only captivate audiences but also elicit a direct response/call to action. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including digital ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and print materials with great people. Your designs will be instrumental in driving conversions and achieving our business goals.

You will:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and target audience.

2. Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines.

3. Develop engaging graphics for digital ads, social media posts, and email campaigns.

4. Design attention-grabbing landing pages that drive conversions.

5. Create persuasive print materials such as brochures, flyers, and direct mail pieces.

6. Conduct A/B testing on design variations to optimize performance.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in direct response design.

• THE QUALIFICATIONS:3+ years’ experience of graphic design working in a technical environment (manufacturing, construction, building, etc).
• Proven direct response experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and direct response work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of direct response principles and how design impacts conversion rates.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset with impeccable attention to visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to talk with people at all levels.
• High attention to detail
