Graphic Production Artist


Our client is seeking a Graphic Production Artist to support their product design and development teams. This role plays a key part in translating creative concepts into precise, technical schematics used for production. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, a strong technical skillset, and the ability to collaborate across design, development, and product management teams.


This role can be fully remote or a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.



Graphic Production Artist Responsibilities

  • Create and manage detailed graphic schematics, ensuring accuracy in product design specifications, color applications, and branding details.
  • Act as a bridge between design teams and manufacturing partners, ensuring production-ready files align with creative intent.
  • Generate high-quality technical 2D and 3D assets for factory use and internal presentations.
  • Maintain and update graphic files throughout the approval process, ensuring consistency and precision.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to support the execution of seasonal and team-based graphics.
  • Assist in reviewing and refining graphics, including inking, layering, and color separation for production.
  • Stay organized while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Graphic Production Artist Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of experience in graphic design, product schematic design, or production art within a corporate or brand environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with expertise in creating and editing detailed graphic files.
  • Experience in brand asset management, uniform and sports branding, or graphics for lifestyle and accessories.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and refine graphics for accuracy.
  • Highly collaborative and receptive to feedback, with a team-first mentality.
  • Familiarity with screen printing, graphics layering, and separation techniques is a plus.
  • Knowledge of 3D design tools such as CLO is a bonus.
  • Understanding of global sports culture, particularly soccer, is a nice-to-have.


Compensation: Up to $40.67/hr. (DOE)
