As a Capture Specialist, you will play a key role in the creation of engaging video content for advertising campaigns, animations and videos. Your primary responsibility will be capturing, editing and delivering high-quality gameplay footage that showcases the key features, impressive visuals or specific moments within a game. Working collaboratively with our creative and production teams, you’ll be instrumental in the development and execution of video content strategies. This involves not only being a part of the pre- and post-production planning stages but also offering innovative ideas for videos that will enthrall our clients’ audiences.

What You’ll Get To Do

• Capture and deliver high-quality gameplay footage that highlights key features, impressive visuals or specific moments within a game for YouTube videos
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop and execute video content strategies (pre- and post-production planning)
• Organize, document and annotate video captures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video game trends, industry standards and emerging technologies
• Develop and document systems and standards for existing and future projects

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience planning, capturing and delivering video game footage
• Strong grasp on concepts of composition, cinematography, color, and lighting in visual media
• An appreciation for design, composition and narrative
• Someone who is highly passionate about gaming and social media
• Familiarity with media file types and data compression techniques/codecs
• Familiarity with Atmos Shogun, as well as other capture hardware and software
• Familiarity with current and next generation gaming consoles and PCs
• Adept and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can manage time effectively and efficiently
• Experience with basic editing including proxy creation and digital asset management tools for annotation and cataloguing
• Experience handling sensitive information, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
